1. Essential storage
This founder-operated NexisHub website stores a first-party local-storage preference recording whether optional analytics were accepted or rejected. This is necessary to respect your choice.
2. Optional analytics
When you choose “Allow analytics,” the website may send pseudonymous interaction events such as CTA clicks and scroll depth to the configured analytics provider. The application checks this local preference before emitting first-party analytics events. Browser-network and vendor-behaviour verification is still required before this claim can be certified.
3. Advertising and Google consent
Public editorial and research pages include a consent-gated Google AdSense loader. When Google advertising is served, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies or similar technologies based on visits to this website or other websites. Users can review Google's personalized advertising settings at Google Ads Settings and available choices for some third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info. Google Privacy & Messaging is configured for the site and may present a separate advertising consent message to visitors in covered regions. The first-party “Allow analytics” choice is not a statement of Google advertising consent. Current code also uses this analytics preference to decide whether to insert the AdSense script, but this is a script-loading condition, not proof that the separately managed Google advertising-consent decision has been collected, honoured, or withdrawn correctly.
4. Form submissions
Contact and newsletter forms do not require advertising cookies in the NexisHub interface. Their protected delivery endpoint may process request-security information when a submission is made.
5. Current provider status
The site is hosted on Vercel. Google Analytics 4 is an optional provider when its public measurement ID is configured. Its script is not loaded before analytics opt-in. It uses _ga and stream-specific _ga_ cookies configured for up to 90 days without renewing that expiry. Custom events cover public page views, CTA clicks, product interactions and scroll thresholds; query strings, fragments, administration pages and form values are excluded. First-party analytics and form delivery also use protected endpoints when configured. Additional provider names, cookie lifetimes, purposes, regional requirements, and retention details remain subject to operational confirmation and legal review.
6. Changing your choice
You can clear the site's local storage or use the “Cookie choices” control shown in the footer to change the first-party analytics choice. Withdrawing analytics disables this site's GA4 measurement, clears its GA cookies and reloads the page to unload the analytics code. This does not revoke Google advertising consent, erase data already sent or control other websites' cookies. Google advertising choices, where shown, are managed through Google Privacy & Messaging. Questions about this disclosure may be sent to nexishub.company@gmail.com.
